Winged Heart Yoga strives to bring yoga to everyone – because every body can benefit from yoga.

Benefit from focusing on mindful breath while moving through yoga postures. The Winged Heart Yoga platform is restorative, meditative practice that is truly for every body. Winged Heart Yoga is based out of Macalester-Plymouth United Church, 1658 Lincoln Avenue in St. Paul on the Macalester College campus.

All classes are held at Macalester-Plymouth United Church unless otherwise noted. Please contact Chrissy to sign up for a class or to bring Winged Heart Yoga into your community.

Note: There will be no Winged Heart Yoga classes July 18 – 25.
Adult Classes

Tuesday: 7 – 8 p.m.
Thursday: 12:30 – 1:30 p.m.
Saturday: 8 – 9 a.m.* and (January through May) 3 – 4 p.m.
*Saturday morning class is held at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 104 S. Snelling Ave.

Preschool/Kids Yoga Calm Class
Monday: 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. during the summer / 4 – 5 p.m. during the school year
